The Big Hoot is our unique Sipson Showman’s ‘living van’ comprising of two caravans that are designed to join together to form one large caravan which can sleep, four people.
The caravan has a large living room, kitchen and dining area, double bedroom, two single beds, and a bathroom with a shower and separate toilet. Situated in a secluded location on the farm with lots of private outside space, including a rustic build-in-seat between the A-frames of the caravan to enjoy the views of the orchard and fields beyond. There are also slides and an indoor barn with a trampoline and ride-on toys to entertain the kids.

We were blown away from the moment we saw the caravan and its beautiful surroundings. The van was spotlessly clean, spacious, was well equipped including lots of board games - we loved Kerplunk and Downfall. Everything was very well thought out and the decor was fabulous. The pictures online don’t do it justice as to how wonderful it really is. The outdoor space was a massive plus, especially as we experienced a Devon heatwave and enjoyed relaxed evenings in the garden. If you have children then this place will be an instant win, hands down. Our children are grown up now but would have LOVED the very well equipped play barn. The hosts were friendly and welcoming and we have already recommended to friends and hope they book too. Hands down an absolute gem. 10/10 and ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐
